Dr. Rob Jones, D.C.
Dr. Jones graduated from York University in Toronto, Canada on the dean’s list with a bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. Dr. Jones’ undergraduate studies focused on human science related course work such as: bio-mechanics and human kinetics, human anatomy, exercise physiology, nutrition, fitness assessment and training and athletic injuries.
Dr. Jones was then accepted to and enrolled at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Canada’s only program in Chiropractic education. The evidence-based school is a rigorous four-year doctoral program that involves intense academic courses. Cadaver anatomy, systems physiology, pathology, neurology, bio-mechanic and human kinetics, orthopedics, x-ray/radiology theory are just a sample of the many foundational courses taken prior to a culminating 12-month internship that focuses on evidence-based approaches to treating and rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries. After his internship, Dr. Jones graduated in 2001 and moved to Lawrence, Kansas to start his practice Peak Performance. Dr. Jones is currently in his 24th year of clinical practice.
